I AM El Morya, having come to you!

Today I am honored to come to you and tell that the dictations cycle, which we carried out during the days of the Karmic Board meeting and the Summer Solstice, has been completed.

We did not plan to conduct the summer cycle of dictations; however, circumstances were favorable, and we were able to transmit our energies to the physical plane.

As always, I am sad to part with you. However, we are very well aware that the most important events now are unfolding on the physical plane, and on how we will be able to carry our plans soon, depends almost the entire course of the further evolution of the planet Earth. And believe me, that these are not just beautiful words.

We would like to finally obtain a focus of Light on the physical plane and in that place on the globe, where over time, each of you with your own eyes will be able to see us, Ascended Masters, and talk with us. And I promise you, that I will be the first Ascended Master, who will show his presence in the Ashram of our envoy on the physical plane.

Everything that seems improbable now, will be realized in the near future.

As soon as we will be able to obtain a point of support in just one place on the globe, we then can immediately extend our vibrations at the lightning speed to all those places that are the most pure. And our march on the planet Earth will begin.

Time, which separates you from these events, will be reduced thanks to the efforts of the lightworkers which they are ready to exert even now. We will not wait until all the lightworkers awake, we will act immediately with those dear ones, who are awakened and ready to work under our direct guidance. There is no time to wait for laggards. It is needed to go and work on matters of the Brotherhood already right now. But for those, who are not ready, who cannot get rid of their old load that presses them to the ground, let those blame only themselves.

We announced far and wide about our plans and our needs of the day.

And those dear ones, who are ready, who on our first call gathered and arose under our banners, they already began their victorious march to each one’s personal Victory and to our united Victory. Because for them, there is no difference between our matters and their matters. We all are working for the same common cause for the planet and for the Life of the future.

And if we do not proceed with this now, then I do not even want to think about what a terrible prospect may open up for the planet.

We have the obligation to use this cosmic opportunity, which is given to us. Grace of the Karmic Board and the Great Central Sun are on our side. And we are surprised, why some of you still do linger and are so sluggish in everything?

We announced the tasks needed to be undertaken in the most near future. We are in need of a focus on the physical plane that will serve as a model for anyone, who intends to work to realize the tasks and goals of the Masters on the physical plane!

We will not wait until you leave all your old habits and part with your old attachments. Warriors of Light don't have them and cannot have any attachments.

However, I must warn you about the fact that, when you throw everything out and hastily plunge to follow our call, then it is necessary for you to stop for a moment, and ask your Heart whether you run from your difficulties? Whether you try to hide behind the interests of the Brotherhood and forget your karmic debts?

Believe me and my experience of working with the Earth's humanity. No one among you will succeed in deceiving the Great Law of Karma. And until you balance the necessary percentage of your karma, you will not be able to exercise your service to the Brotherhood. Because every step you take to our side you will connect with your
need to free yourself from your karmic burden. And at first you will run very quickly from your karmic problems, but when you start your service under our guidance, your karma will start returning back to you so quickly, that you will not be able to manage meeting one karmic situation after another. And if your encumbered karmic baggage is too heavy, then after little time, at breakneck speed you will throw yourself back into your old living space, and
until the end of your incarnation you will wonder, what was really happening to you?

Therefore, you need to hurry, but also you need to carefully analyze the degree of your preparedness.

Sometimes balanced and thorough consideration of actions is much more important than the hurry and speed.

It is essential to weigh the situation at all times. There are no identical recipes for all. Everyone has one’s own karmic situation, and therefore each one will have one's own recommendations. Therefore hurry but slowly. And this will be the correct instruction, by which you need to guide your lives.

Our old and dedicated students know all too well and understand what I am talking about. Because sometimes it is better to carefully weigh everything, then to rush at breakneck speed; and in another situation, it is precisely necessary to throw away everything and run on the first call, because nobody will call you the second time.

I am taking on a commitment to guide you on your choices, if you will turn to me and ask for help. That is only if you will ask me for help and ask for my council, so do not miss my advice past your ears. I will talk with you in signs, which are like the rustle of leaves and the quiet blow of the wind.

I came to you on this day in order to inspire in you the need to fulfill that service, for which you came in your present incarnation. And I am glad that the purpose of my visit to you has been achieved.
