A Teaching about the release from karma

I AM Kuthumi, having come for the instruction of your souls.

I have come on this day in order to give a small Teaching, which I hope, will be very useful to you and will provide you with a better understanding of many things.

I am keeping an immaculate concept for each one of you. Thus, it is easier for me to communicate with you and to watch how my attitude towards you reflects in your lives.

Have you ever noticed what influence you have on  the  other  people,  known  and  unknown, on your

friends, close ones and children? Have you ever looked at yourselves from aside?

Let’s imagine you are in a not very good frame of mind. You are pierced with suspiciousness and hostility. It seems to you that everyone is lying to you, treating you badly. It is true that there have been such states of your consciousness in your lives, isn't it? And now let us carefully analyze how your state affects everyone who is around you.

And so, you come to work and start transferring your state to the people around you. You think not very nice things of them. Gradually, the people subconsciously read your vibrations and start showing this, which you are seeing in them. Do you understand what I am talking about? The energy of poor quality which is present within yourselves, leads you to an internal state of poor quality. Your mental and emotional bodies commence vibrating at a frequency, which corresponds to the energy that has been activated within you in the given moment.

You know that your energy bodies contain records of all acts ever done by you. And when a moment comes, one or another karmic record activates. Thus, you get into a state of the consciousness which you have created earlier with your incorrect choices in the past.

Now, a moment comes when you again come across the poor-quality energy, created by you and which lives in your energy bodies. Now, it depends on you whether you will be able to work off this energy, to straighten it out, to neutralize it or you will complicate your karmic state.

When you are armed with knowledge about the operation of the Law of Karma you will be able to learn to catch all states of poor quality which start to manifest within yourselves. Gradually, you will master the art of watching how one or another state of poor quality arises, gets activated and penetrates into your mental and emotional bodies. When you know your enemy, you will be able to deal with it.

If you know the illness, it is enough to take medicine on time and its fit will be averted.

Your fine bodies are also ill. They keep wounds from past incorrect actions. And you just have to find antidote or a medicine for the poor-quality states of your consciousness.

You should learn to catch the moment when a low-quality state of your consciousness is just starting to seize you. You have to be on the watch-out and exactly in this moment to cut off every manifestation of the past negative energies.

If you try with the strength of your will or with the help of psychological methods to cope with your poor-quality state, this will hardly help you. It is necessary for you to understand that this state of yours you alone have created in the past. And now you want to get rid of this imperfection. You want to release it.

When you manage to go into a correct state of consciousness and to direct the stream of Divine energy in yourselves in the right direction, you are able to neutralize your past negative karmic deposits.

The whole mechanism of rectifying your internal imperfections is present within yourselves. It is only necessary to confess the given imperfection is present in you and to wish to get rid of it.

Everything depends on the burden of your karma, on how strong the negative energy, which has settled in you, is. And if you deal with a small karmic problem then it is enough to fix your attention on it once and it will go.

However, if you come across a big karmic problem, the quality for working off which you have reincarnated, then you will need to repeat your attempt many times, sometimes for several years.

There is no such negative quality or defect which you cannot cope with, with the Divine help.

God always keeps an opportunity for you to cope alone with any imperfection of yours.

And when you feel that the instructions given by me do operate irreproachably, you will be able to gradually get rid of all imperfections of yours.

A day will come and you will stop getting insulted, if earlier it has been typical for you to get insulted.

A day will come and you will stop envying, if envy has been typical for you.

A day will come and you will stop being jealous, if the jealousy has been typical for you.

In the same way, you will be able to get rid of depression, irritability, irascibility, anger and many other non-divine qualities.

And when you are able to manifest only Divine qualities, the whole world will show you its Divine side.

It is necessary for every one of you to concentrate his/her attention and efforts on him/herself only, on his/her internal state and the whole world around you will change by itself.

I have made a shift while I have been giving you this Teaching. In reality, all of you are very connected in the world in which you live. And there are very strong karmic ties, which connect you with your family, the country you are living in and with the whole planet. Therefore, simultaneously with the process of your own cleansing from karmic accumulations, you have to care for the other people to learn of the Law of karma and to know how to work off their karma.

After the knowledge of the Law of karma and the methods of working off the karma penetrates into the consciousness of a definite critical percentage of the population of Earth, the situation on the planet will start changing before your eyes.

Your ignorance and laziness are hindering you most. All mechanisms and knowledge were given a long time ago both in the dictations which we are providing through this messenger and through many other people, who in different times have been serving to us as our messengers.

Now, the time has come for our parting. It is a pity.

I hope there will be new meetings in the future.
