Teaching about the necessity to keep your lower bodies clean

I Am Kuthumi, arriving again to give the next teaching to people of Earth.

I have come today to remind you about your duty. Many of you went through special training in our schools and ashrams on the finer plane before accepting this incarnation.

You attended our classes getting ready for the mission. Many of you during your youth still had some vague recollections about the necessity to do something for the world. Your hearts were burning with the fire of Service, but nothing around you reminded you about your duty.

And right now, I have come to remind you about the aim of your incarnation. All vanity of life has to move to the background. You have to learn to prioritize values in your life. There are main things and there are secondary ones. There are eternal tasks, there are tasks of your current incarnation, and there is the fuss of everyday life. When you allow this fuss to possess you every day, year after year, your senses lose the ability to perceive finer worlds; you clutter your consciousness with so much needless information that you become simply unable to find solitude and enter the quietude of our world.

You are very sensitive beings. Your finer bodies, when they are tuned with the Highest worlds, are like a violin made by Stradivarius. However, many of you have chosen to drive nails with this violin. Just imagine a genuine Stradivarius violin. Generations of people enjoyed its charming sound. You are taught to recognize the value of this masterpiece. Why do you value yourselves less than this violin? You are a much better conductor of energy from the finer world. You are capable of conducting energy of the Highest worlds into your world. But you respect things of your world much more than you respect yourself. Your refusal to listen to yourselves and maintain cleanliness is connected to your psychological problems, and these problems stem from the fact that you do not love yourselves. You must love yourselves not as a physical body but as a manifestation of God on Earth. You are a part of God, and you have to take good care of your bodies and keep them clean as manifestations of God.

All your bodies need proper care. Your physical body has to receive correct and wholesome nutrition. And the higher vibrations of the food, the less food you need. Your emotional body needs food in the form of fine energies that come from the Highest worlds. Your emotional body constantly needs to be charged with this fine energy. You try to feed the hunger of your emotional body by giving it surrogates of low-quality music and by watching TV. You litter your emotional body by continuously exposing it to unfavorable conditions existing in your world. Try to protect yourself from sounds coming from all over the place. It is enough to listen to the radio or watch TV for one hour a day and -- you will deprive yourself of the opportunity to communicate with the Highest worlds for a whole month.

Just think about it: what do you surround yourselves with in your lives? How far vibrations of all this are from our world! One glass of alcohol or one cigarette will not allow you to rise up to the high ether octaves for several days. You are forced to permanently stay at the level of the astral plane because you have tied yourselves to it with your vicious habits as with ropes. Analyze carefully with what you engage your mental body, how much time you spend watching your endless soap operas and talking to people. Do not be afraid to be alone, just with yourself. Learn to listen to silence and enjoy solitude.

Legislative measures should be taken against those individuals who try to deafen the world with sounds of ragged rhythms. Every person who listens to rock music or any other music with irregular rhythm lowers vibrations of the surrounding space for many miles around. Such hooliganism must be stopped. If the alcohol that you have consumed or a cigarette that you have smoked lower only your vibrations and vibrations of people living with you, rumbling music has an impact on thousands of people. Had you known about the consequences of this hooliganism for your finer bodies, the first thing you should have done would be to prohibit your children forever to listen to this kind of music. There are very simple measures that quickly lift vibrations of the physical plane, and one of them is prohibition to listen to loud music.

You cannot even imagine what influence music has on you. Every night, I sit down to my organ and, inspired by God, play charming tunes. Very few people come to my abode to listen to this music. And even fewer are capable of reproducing this music when they are awake, by putting it down in scores, and giving it to the world as a gift. Oh, how much I would like for the sonority with the Highest world to be available to you through listening to the music that I play on my organ! If you were exposed to your horrible music, even only briefly in the transport or in a store, this night you will not be able to rise to the octaves where my organ is heard.

You are limiting yourselves. You have to remember about your mission and take every possible step to clean yourselves to such extent, so you can perform the mission for which you have accepted this incarnation. You have forgotten everything, and you yourselves are to be blamed for this forgetfulness, because you fail to provide adequate care for your four lower bodies. Think how much easier it would be for the next generation to perform their mission if you today start thinking about creation of such places on Earth where a new generation could come into incarnation in quietude and peacefully communicate with nature. If places like this had been created on Earth today, a new race could come into incarnation. Please, believe me, very many advanced souls are ready for incarnation so they can give the world their Service. And only the absence of respective conditions on the physical plane makes them postpone such incarnation for years and decades.

Many higher spirits take a risk and come into incarnation in the conditions that are not ready. And what do you think happens? They are forced right after birth to burden themselves with such amount of karma, pulled from the people who surround them, by absorbing it into their aura, that by the time they turn four these unique children are so burdened that they, till the end of their incarnation, cannot open their talents and serve the world. It is painful for us to see how the best sons and daughters of humanity perish among you by carrying your burden and dying underneath its heaviness.

Is it really so that you have never heard or read about what I am telling here today? How many times do you have to listen to these simple truths so you can implement them in your life?

I am ready to come to you as many times as you need in order to master my Teaching. However, you will succeed better if before going to bed you wish to find yourself in that room in the ether octave where I play my organ, and, before that, during the day you try to protect yourself from everything that may prevent you from hearing my organ.
