I AM Surya, again come to you to give a massage to the people of the Earth. I have come to you from the Great Central Sun, overpassing many of spaces. However I'm very close to you Lord, because all that concern the Earth and its evolution, is under my jurisdiction and under my immediate protection, because every stage of evolutional development on the Earth planet is accompanied and controlled by me immediately. I carry on and direct evolutions of the Earth planet. I am the one, who is responsible for the course of evolution on the planet. And I'm that creature, which is always with you, in spite of the parting us space distance. Now I have come to give you a notion about the course of you evolution and about that stage, on which is the mankind of the Earth now. As always, my words will be vary simple, but behind simplicity of statement there skulks the hard labour of thousands and millions invisible by your physical eyes creatures of the Light, which watch the evolution on your planet and are ready a complete day (24 hours) to render you all necessary help.

You remind kids in a junior group of a kindergarten, which demands constant care and wardship. And you may not to see all those people, who take care of you, prepare for you a food, wash clothes, clean rooms, but these people are always near of you, although not always you see them by the physical eyes. Our presence also has to be felt by you at those results, which surround you. And the fact, that despite not always reasonable actions of the Earth people, we are a success to keep favorable conditions for your evolution on the planet, conveys about jewelry work of all Ascended Assemblies, the work of whom is directed towards the weal of the Earth evolution. Not always you can appreciate our labour, however, we are always with you. Difficulty consists in the fact, that the veil, separating our worlds, is still very solid, and vary many things, which could be prevented and secured, we are unable to prevent just by virtue of that our worlds are too separated and are far from each other. It doesn't mean a distance, but it means the level of vibrations. Therefore we don't be tired to repeat you about the necessity to raise your consciousness and to raise the level of your vibrations. The moment, when your vibrations achieve the higher level, we will be able to be closer to you and to provide you with more help and support. Therefore for rise of your vibrations you should use all means at hand. In your life there is something, that understates your vibrations, and in your life there is something, that raises your vibrations. And it touches on everything. And on food, and on everything, that surrounds you. Your dwellings and your towns are on very low energy level. Therefore, caring for the place of your living and for surrounding you environment, you automatically raise the level of your vibrations and become able to distinguish your states of consciousness, and become able to hear sounds of the fine world and to distinguish our presence.

It would be strange to count on it that you can hear us if you continue to keep your way of life, the way of life, peculiar to the mass consciousness of the mankind. It is necessary for you now to think of everything that surrounds you, and this is the next stage of you evolution, when you will need more consideration give to everything that surrounds you in your life, at home, at work. You will need take care about your environment, because the moment, when you don't undertake any efforts to separate yourselves from all low-vibrated, you will slacken your evolution and won't be able to get to that passage of the space opportunity, which approaches, and which has already begun.

We talk about the transition, and this transition has to be accomplished in your consciousness. You by yourself have to pave your own transition. Because the moment, when you don't be able to do it by natural, evolutional way, we will have to apply stricter measures, similar to a punishment by a strap or to a placement into the corner - to the most prevalent punishments for the little naughty childes. Don't persist. it's time to become adult and it's time to learn to obey that Law, which exists in this universe. Otherwise you won't be able to leave the kindergarten and to continue your development in the school, university and won't be able to do that work, for which it is destined your lifestream.

Therefore don't shelve and start right now to analyze that which surrounds you in your life and to free from that which won't prove useful to you at all on the next stage of evolutional development. Stop playing games of yesterday, rush into the new day with its glad sun and fresh wind of changes.

Your consciousness needs in airing and drying on the sun. Clear away your consciousness all unnecessary mental-forms and images, take away all that is not from the God, and your life will begin to change as at a wave of magic wand. Let yourselves become gods in manifestation. Let yourselves glad states of the consciousness, let yourselves caring of your people, let yourselves BE and rejoice at the life. And only when you change your point of view on everything that surrounds you, then will change all circumstances of your life.

Now, at the changing of the annual cycle, it's especially useful to take a decision and to free from all unnecessary, that is in your consciousness. Don't forget about a dispensation of letters to the Karmic Government. Write the letters. You have this opportunity till the end of this year. Ask the Karmic Government to free you from that, from what you would like to free. What qualities or pernicious habits burden you and prevent from your development? Refer a momentum of your prayer during immediate half year so as to get rid of your sweet imperfections. And in a half year you won't recognize yourselves. The more quantity of energy of a prayer you undertake to the Karmic Government to release during immediate half year, the sooner you free from all your unsuccessful attachments and karmic problems.

So in order you to profit by a dispensation and to write letters to the Karmic Government, you have to closely analyze that, from which you would like to free first of all. Apply to members of the Karmic Government, enumerate your requests and wishes. Undertake prayerful or other obligations, which you are ready to discharge systematically during immediate half year. State your requests and obligations on paper, ask Archangel Michael and angels of defense to attend your messages at destination, straight into the Karmic Government, and burn up a letter. You can keep to yourself a copy of this letter, and in half year, at condition of realization by you of undertaken obligations, see, what will have changed. I am sure, you will get rid of one or several most principal your defects. Don't forget about the gratitude. And as soon as get rid of your problems, write thankful letter to the Karmic Government.

I leave you with a pity. Because I want very much to render you all possible help and to give you that the mainest advice, which will help you very much. I hope that, even if partly, I have helped you and given some very important advices.
