I AM El Morya, come to you through my envoy this day.

I AM Have come! I have come to give the final message of this year. Because we will meet each other only in the next year. So, let's sum up this year and define, is there all that have been planed, have been done?

I must establish that important fact that unlike the last year, this year has been more successful in the plan of development of the Earth mankind's consciousness. Not everything went off smoothly and not everything was as one would like it to be. Many people, on whom we counted, wished show their free will and evaded the Way. Well, it's their choice and it's their decision. Therefore we won't dwell on sad long.

But at the same time I must with pleasure establish that fact that very many people, on whom we haven't even counted, and who have been far from our Way, the Way of Dedications, have waked up and render tangible help to that affair, which we realize through our envoy. And it makes very happy and makes feel optimistic hopes, touching on the next year, into which we gradually come!

I'm glad, and all Ascended Assemblies are glad to the fact that the year 2006 has been so successful!

Therefore now, on the threshold of new year we hurry to inform your consciousness new tasks, which it is necessary to realize. And these tasks are straight out combined with realization of the Fraternity's plans.

As always, when it starts to work a new dispensation, it is opened a new Divine opportunity. This time the Divine opportunity is opened for Russia the mother. We long tens years have been waiting for this opportunity and, at last, it has opened. Now on you, lightbearers, who are in incarnation now, it depends how this opportunity will be realized on the physical plan. We need in advanced post, a place on the physical plan, through which we might realize our actions, through which we might inform our plans and advise with you relative to turn and terms of its realization. I hope that the next yeaк will let us to realize our immediate plans and we will can at last start realization of practical affairs on the physical plan.

We need in a publishing house, which will realize our tasks and will entirely be under a sponsion of the Great White Brotherhood.

We need in an educational centre, in which we will be able to give knowledge about the Divine Truth on regular base. Educational centre, which would serve as a reference point in a sea of chaos, which in abundance foams in life, surrounding you.

We need in a Commune, some communes, so many communes, as many you can create. Communes, realizing the spirit of the Great White Brotherhood in the physical octave. With the help of our communes we will can bring in correct samples and correct moral reference points in society.

We need in people, who have an experience in different spheres of activity, in order to begin a reconstruction of all spheres of activity on the base of the Divine principals. And these principals will come from the Divine world as insights and revelations. You will be able to transform very quickly a life in accordance with the Divine samples, if you keep your devotion and cleanness of motives and aspirations.

The more your consciousness will be filled with the Divine samples and the Divine vision, the less there will be an opportunity for display of all that, what is not from the God, of all that, what has wished to oppose to the evolution way of mankind development, and takes him away into mazes of pseudo culture, pseudo godliness, pseudo beauty and pseudo love.

We leave all these non-divine displays on the God's will, and, I think, that you don't any more waste your Divine energy on maintenance and nourish of any negative displays of your world. Always remember, that all energy of this world is concentrated in hands of the God. And only then, when you yourselves spend given you by the God the Divine energy not on destination, you increase an evil in this world.

It has come the time to make a Good. It has come the time to choose deliberately a Good in your consciousness and to follow it in your lives. Because the same is a will of time. It's too much time you vegetated in illusion, and too long you were allowed to experiment with your free will. Now you have rapidly to begin a transformation of your physical world. And I hope that we will work in cooperation with you and can do everything in compact to space measures terms. Because there is no time any more. All reserves of time, supplied for return into the evolutional way, are exhausted.

Now we embark into the strip of narrow corridor of the new space opportunity. And this strip has very short duration. Therefore of you it will be required all your strengths, all your energy in order to be in time and finish a transformation of the Earth planet to time, which has been stipulated and which has been confirmed.

A don't tell you an exact date, by which it is necessary to finish transformations. But I tell you that all will happen on memory of one or two generations. At least, the main transformations will happen very quickly.

There are dangers on the way. There are many reefs, and, as always, all dangers and all reefs appear there, where it is strong a mankind ignorance. Therefore you need in knowledge, the Divine knowledge, following which you will can change your life and set an example to others.

All transformations will happen very quickly. And in this connexion I more and more tell you about your liability. Each your treason, which you allow, postpones a term of realization of the space plan. And if you still haven't scrutinized your life from the point of view of common course of evolution, then just now it has come the time to think. As you exist in this universe not in yourselves. You are the cells of the single organism of this universe. And therefore of that, how you will rightly function in accordance with the Divine plan, it depend a success of all affair and terms of its realization.

Stop to consider yourselves as something detached from the God. Feel if only not for long your unity with the whole life. Imagine as of one your negative motive or of allowed by you a wrong choice it can perish people on the other side of the globe.

It always is the Divine opportunity of development of events, and it always is the worst variant, showing because of human negligence.

Therefore constantly care not of you, but constantly care of the world. And correlate all that you do with the space advisability and with the given Divine opportunity.
