I AM Maytreya, again come to you. Today I have come on behalf of Karmic board to deliver the joyful message connected with transformation which has occurred on a planet these days: very much many of you who has got used to reading our messages, and faithfully serve us and try to distribute these messages worldwide more widely as it is possible, your efforts were not gone. And your efforts are noted by Karmic Board. You know that sessions of Karmic Board occur twice a year, during a summer and winter solstice. But you also should be informed that sessions of Karmic Board occur constantly also in intervals between these two main sessions.

And here today I should tell you that on today's night session which has passed, there was our messenger. And at this session for the first time of mankind's history the question has been lifted on an opportunity to entrust the right of presence at thin bodies at the next session of Karmic Board to those of you who have accepted direct and alive participation in the activity connected with distribution and translations of our messages into other languages of the world. You'll have an opportunity to take part in planning of your personal karma convergence. According to your desire, within the limits of existing karmic opportunities you can adjust the karma convergence, slow down or accelerate its convergence for your life streams.

And it will help you in your further lives. Because Law of Karma is the impersonal Law, and the convergence of karma does not depend on your desire or unwillingness. However that good karma or energy, which is turned out by you at distribution of our messages, can be used for regulation of the karma convergence process and even for simplification of Karmic burden.

And this opportunity which should not be neglected as this opportunity for the first time will allow cooperation to some individuals from not uplifted mankind with Karmic Board.

For the first time such opportunity will be given, and it speaks only that We aspire to distribute these Doctrines as more widely as it's possible and even We go on the certain concessions and simplifications to occur this process as more successful and quick as possible.

You in your external consciousness can not recollect those events which will occur at night during your visit of the Karmic Board session. However very much many of you in your external, awakened consciousness will catch echoes of night events and will receive absolutely precise conception about what changes will occur in their lives in the near future.

I am glad to give you this important information over and above the plan.

And even more, I am glad that I have an opportunity to give this dictation during stay of our messenger in the city of Novosibirsk. Some people name this city as capital of Siberia.

And, probably, it's so.

However it is important that We give this dictation in Novosibirsk and by that We have an opportunity to fix and strengthen our presence at this city.

Actually each reception of our messages is accompanied by enormous outpouring of Light on the physical plan and the thin layers close on the vibrations to the physical plan. Therefore each reception of dictations on a new place brings the blessings to that country and that city where this reception of dictations is carried out.

Therefore I congratulate you and sincerely I hope that all Light and all energy received by you, you use only on the Divine purposes.

Now I would like to inform you about one more joyful message. And this message is that now the world is ready to faster rates of that changes occurrence. And these changes which, first of all, concern changes of your consciousness, occur so quickly as never. However there is some energy skew. As those regions of the world in which people read our messages given by us through our messenger, receive too much Light, and the consciousness of people changes in very much greater rates. At the same time there are other regions in the world which have no any opportunity to receive and read our messages. In these regions the energy misbalance pours out in various acts of Nature and cataclysms.

It is very a pity, but America belongs to these regions.

This country, to which Lords assigned very much greater hopes, has lost our focus of Light. And now is compelled to accept Light from other country. I distinctly understand, that for pride Americans to accept the Doctrine, starting with Russia, is very difficult step; however through this way, having accepted this Doctrine which is starting with Russia, America is capable to restore power balance and by that to avoid many not only natural disasters, but also economic failures.

Therefore I ask you to promote distribution of this my message and other messages which We give through our messenger, on the ground of America.

The geographical position of these two countries, America and Russia, being on the opposite parts of globe, at an opportunity of the consciousness change in regular intervals occurring at people of these countries, will promote alignment of a situation on a planet.

I address to daughters and sons of America through the Russian messenger. And I ask you to overcome those of your qualities which prevent you to perceive the information which is sourced from the other country.

I sincerely hope that among Americans there will be those who will respond to my appeal and can overcome those negative character traits which force Americans to feel themselves as those people on whom the future of the Earth depends, what as a matter of fact, indeed. You are those people on whom the future of a planet the Earth depends. And that this future would has developed in the most favorable image, you do not need to declare about the ambitions and a priority of your nation and your country. On the contrary, everything, that is necessary for you, it to bring up in yourself the quality of humility and to rise on one level with all people occupying a planet the Earth.

There is no the most important country on a planet; but there are people who dare to overcome own restrictions and to ennoble the consciousness on a worthy level - a level of the godly man which all of you inevitably should become.

Therefore everything, that is necessary for you, not to consider other people as if standing at steps of evolution below you. No, each people are the brothers or the sisters in the Divine family of people living on the Earth. And the earlier you realize your unity and are united despite of dissimilarity of your private world and appearance, the more quickly there will be desirable changes on the Earth.

I ask you to consider closely my words and, at last, to dare and to exit in the consciousness beyond the family, the city, the country and to apprehend all Earth as your native house.
