I AM Serapis Bey, who has come to you again!

I AM come now for precepts. And the same as half year ago, I wish to give you knowledge and information. However, situation on the planet now has changed, and I am glad that it has changed for the better. The day when we will be able to talk on equal with the mankind of the Earth is not so far. And now I have come for those, who are ready to hear me out, because your level of consciousness allows you to do it. Do not think that achievements only of this your life allow you to stand on the Way of Dedications. With many of you I am acquainted from the times of ancient Egypt, and you with me got knowledge in pyramids. However, circumstances separated us to different sides of Life. And today, I am again meet with you, my old friends and acquaintances. And if it will be given for you to remember a circumstances of those your life when we met in pyramids, you should understand, that dedications, both in those days and during your time, are given only for one quality - your affections to everything that is material, even which belongs to thinner plans, plans of thoughts and emotions.

As you save affections to the material plan, you continue to come into embodiments. It is impossible to refuse from materiality fully, does not drink deep all the temptations of your world. First you taste these temptations, than you reap the harvest in the form of karma, overcome created karma and gradually lose the fetters, which tie down you to the material world. Now it is possible to pass dedications do not go out from your life, stay in life. It is absolutely new method, immanent to your time. I will explain it with examples.

Earlier, to enter a school of dedicated you had to pass entrance examinations for humility and docility. And only after them you were admitted to tuition at school. Now you have an opportunity to get knowledge without passing these entrance exams. But circumstances of your lives compel you to overcome in yourself those qualities, which disturb you to develop in you qualities of humility and docility. Numerous miseries and losing, illnesses and sorrows which you feel, all they are just accelerated action of karma, given for you to understand in your consciousness what is Law. And this Law demands all you, demands your full submission to this Law. Besides, this submission reaches by you in the process of hard self-working, working on your consciousness and subconsciousness, on all the accumulations of your past lives, which hidden in your bottom bodies.

You are capable to clear out those blockages in your consciousness, which separate you from the accepting of the Law of this universe. Many embodiments you showed an insubordination to the Law and behaved so, as you wanted, as you ego dictated you. And now you freely have to part with you ego and subordinate yourself to the Highest Will and Supreme Law, which exist in this universe. As you going further on the Way, more and more you should show the quality of unity with all life. And contradictions, which arise between you, can be explained with your imperfections and those energies, which are not worked out yet. You cannot immediately clear off from your karma and negative energies, which you got in the past, but you can make a decision to lose them and get down to deliverance from you ego with everyday working on yourself, making right choices and dedications.

Every of you have to realize that only your consciousness and you inner motive are limit you and retard your advancement on the Way. Because if you develop in yourself such qualities as humility, docility and constancy, this will be an insurance of your successful forward motion. It is impossible to be released from your karmic baggage immediately, but it is possible to do this with making everyday efforts. Day by day, year by year. There are negligible quantities of people who can lose their karma in the small period of time. Generally, these people come in the world with already great achievements and for the purpose of doing special Divine Mission. Other people should realize that their positions on the virtue are conditioned only by their past mistakes and wrong choices.

First commandment, which I give you, is that you should realize that nobody and no one are guilty in your position and place which you have on the virtue in present. Only you are responsible for all the circumstances which happen in your life.

And as soon as you realize this position of mine Doctrine you will become open for the perception of many Truths, which earlier were blocked by your consciousness.

Reverence to Hierarchy, to Teachers is a very important quality on the Way.

Because without reverence to Teacher you will be not able to go further on the Way.

When you sincerely and lovingly present to Teacher your Love, in that moment you get in your aura those achievements saving, which your Teacher has. And it does not matter if this Teacher is on the physical plan or on the thin.

Many of you are necessary in the guide on the physical plan, near whom you will be able to take in highest energies. And these energies will help you to break away with many of yours imperfections and problems, which disturb your advancement on the Way.

Therefore I advice you to take a rope, which we give you when you start to climb up on steep rocks to top. And this rope for you is our messenger. Do not ignore her help and do not withdraw a hand, when she lends you a willing hand. It is much more difficult to clamber on rocks alone. We suggest you the tried way, based on guru-brow relationships and on the way of Dedications, when you willingly standing on the stairs of Hierarchy and get all our help and supporting.

The Way approved by centuries. The Way on which you were leaded by all great dedicated of the past. And now, the time when you have to take the image about this Way has come. Use the opportunity, which Heavens give you and achieve to get, what is given. The doors of opportunities are open. The new dispensation is given. And those of you who have already stand on the stairs of Hierarchy and fall under the action of this dispensation, have received wondrous acceleration in development. Many of you who read our dictations from the beginning and attend the events, which we make with the help of our messenger, feel on themselves our blessing and our help.
