I AM Lord Hilarion, come to you for precepts, for inner work. Because those precepts, which you receive from us, are intended for considering in silence of your heart. We operate through your consciousness, we try to widen your consciousness and to inform to it those Truths, which have incontrovertibly testified itself in centuries. And these Truths you can check up in your heart.

Listen to your heart. Snatch a moment of silence, when you are quiet, and everything in you is in the perfective, harmonious state. Such minutes are very rare, but these minutes happen in life of each person. The God gives you these moments of inner silence, in order you deliberately could direct towards renewal of such states, when in you everything is in the rest and balance. Exactly during these moments for you it is easiest to hear the voice of your Supreme I. Silent inner voice in silence of your heart. And you even can't at times distinguish this voice from your inner discourses, which your mind holds. It's necessary to try to make distinction. This voice differs by the exceptional respectful attitude to you; it's very tender and differs by the simplicity, unpretentiousness, sincerity and love. You can't not to feel difference with your everyday monologues, which you hold inside of self. It is necessary for you to listen. It's the voice of your Supreme I. Not so often you should hear this voice. But, if you in your external consciousness expect to hear this voice, you can always make distinction and distinguish this tender voice from hundreds and thousands of other voices, belonging to the astral plan.

You should learn to orient oneself in your inner space. You should direct towards inner silence and rest, because in that vanity, in which you live, you don't be able to hear your Supreme I. And to hear your Supreme I it is necessary for you, because those advices and those knowledge, which you receive from within yourselves, you read in no encyclopedia or book, see in no telecast on TV.

I will give you the precept, which helps you to heed your inner voice. And this precept concerns of changes of your way of life. You should retire in order to hear your Supreme I. It simply isn't able to come up to you, when you are too much worried by everything that is around of you in the physical world. Imagine the child, who has come to your world, has just been born. For this baby everything is stress, everything, that surrounds you in your life and to what you have got used, the baby perceives as awesome and mysterious. Noise of machines, sounds of acute music, any sounds of your world are unusual for the soul, which has again come to your world, and demand the certain adaptation.

Your Supreme I is similar to the child, who through you comes to your world. And that conditions, in which you are, sometimes is so awful, that your Supreme I instantly leaves your world to long decades wait for a favorable opportunity and again to come to you to your inner space for conversation.

Therefore only of you it depends, will you be able to provide your Supreme I favorable conditions for conversation. This physical world so differs from the Divine world, that stay in your world not only Supreme I, but also all Ascendant Creatures, which are on the finer plans, is difficult or quite impossible. Therefore you should at first create conditions in your world in order we can come to you on a visit together with your Supreme I and talk to you.

It is quite clear, that you can't instantly change all circumstances of your life, to move to live to a silent, lonely place, to give up habitual work and family. No, from you it doesn't required, but you should direct to correct samples of behavior, to silent bewitching music, to a tender rustle of grasses, to a twitter of birds and to gentle purl of water. When correct samples of music, films, pictures, of everything, that surrounds you, fill your consciousness and your nearest environment, then you can gradually overcome negative influences of your world and transit to other, finer world. Your transition to the fine world will be provided, when you can provide presence of the fine world in your inner space and in your external space. And then elementals and angels can come to visit you and you will be able to see them by your usual human eyes. Everything - in your power, and everything is achievable through change of your consciousness. Gradually, step by step. But all undertaken by you steps must be directed in a right direction. That presents difficulty. Because the majority of you on the next day forgets about all your good intentions and plans, which you have constructed in your head during reading dictations of Lords.

Therefore the constancy of your aspirations it's necessary to develop in yourself first of all. Don't allow your carnal mind to distract you and don't yield to its persuasions, that you still have enough time before you and you can permit yourself these petty innocent weaknesses, to which you have so got used.

Feel the border of the fine world and clear away from your consciousness everything that prevents you to pass this border. Clear away from your consciousness all incorrect samples and displays everything that forces you to go deep into materiality and to become attached to it.

The correct spirit is necessary. And except you nobody can overcome your lacks and your attachments. The help of Heavens will not be slow in coming, but you by yourself should realize your lacks and want to get rid of them. At times very petty attachment demands many everyday efforts for it will be possible to leave with it. But then, if your aspiration is strong, each following your attachment will take less and less time and efforts to get rid from it.

Keep true reference points in your consciousness. And when the life knocks you out from state of rest and balance, have outside of you signs of your achievements in the past. It may be photos, films, notes of your diary, in which you have impressed your exalted states of consciousness. For each of you there will be your own sign and symbol, which will be reminding you about the fine world. It may be a picture or the face of near to you Lord. Don't disregard of anything to again raise your vibrations and return to the state of harmony and unity with the fine world.

The higher are vibrations of your bodies, the you get access to higher layers of the fine world in your consciousness. You pass to the fine world within your consciousness, by yourself changing vibrations of your body. Your task - to receive the notion about difference of vibrations and to direct to more exalted vibrations. To do everything, that allows you as long as possible to be delayed in state of high vibrations. For one - it is music, for others - pictures, for somebody prays, for someone - meditations. Use the whole arsenal of means, which are accessible to you, to constantly keep yourself in the high state of consciousness, far off dark ideas and feelings. And then you can observe how all in your life will start to change. Your environment, your work. You should develop in yourselves a habit to that all will start to change around of you together with change of your vibrations. Your environment and that, which can't be arranged to your vibrations, will leave your life, or you self will leave from everything that hampers your spiritual development. It is necessary to very well be able to distinguish whims of your ego and that aspiration to finer and more exalted world, which is primarily presented at you. And you should very subtly distinguish all the karmic moments, which yet are not overcome by you and compel, force you to be in uncomfortable for you conditions. There's nothing to be done, everything that we have done by self, we must fulfill, even if to us it's very hard and unpleasantly.

However, all these delicate moments of distinction are in full under the control of your Supreme I. And you always can receive at your Supreme I all necessary consultations.

I today have told to you about much. And all of this is necessary for you. Because, the further there is a development of mankind, the with finer and finer sides of illusion you meet. And you should be ready to make your choices under any external and inner circumstances.
