About the dispensation of the 23-d day of every month and other opportunities given by Heavens

I AM El Moria the Khan, arrived to you to give a message. Today I must remind you of the dispensation of the 23-d day of every month. This dispensation let you get opportunity of working out karma of next month in case of your right behavior and high spirit during the 23 rd day of every month. You know the terms of the dispensation, today I would like to draw your attention to the moment of working out of your personal karma again. You can use the given dispensation for help to work out of karma of the planet and of your country. But I would like to remember and clear up you again, you can use this opportunity also for working out of your personal karma and karma of your close relatives, linked with you by karma. Then if you spend one hour a day on the 23-d date for pray practice and do the proper invocation, all energy will be multiplied by quantity of participants taking part in this dispensation. First all this energy will be directed to transmute karma which impedes the balance evolutionary development in the Earth. The rest of the energy will be directed to solve your personal karma problems, which you will ask for. This is opportunity of getting of facilitation of the karma burden for you. Because take a use of it, ask and you will be given as much as you will take efforts in your pray practice, and moreover everything that you will do on this day, every your activity can be devoted working out karma of next month.

Let Divine energy pass and direct it to dissolve your problem, connected with your husband, wife, children, parents, colleagues.

This is a very important dispensation, that acts really now and help you to break through your karma problems. Every mechanism, given by Heavens, must be used by you in full power.

Now, I remember your the opportunities and God grace concerning to the 23-rd day of every month, I would like to pass the main question for what I have come. I have come to represent your situation, not the concrete situation of every of you, but the Earth planet situation, fully formed, the current one. You have known from the previous dictations, given by us in this cycle through this messenger, the planet situation have bettered. However, you should not weaken yourself and stop taking efforts, because the process just began, and every weakling is inappropriate. When you are capable of taking efforts every day, you will be able to hold firm tempo of transformation of the Earth planet.

Now your efforts are still not enough and the reserve of the energy, used by us to stabilize, yet is not filled with. The energy might be filled, if more and more quantity collaborators can give us energy of their hearts. We appreciate much the Love you send us. Your Love can fill up the insufficient quantity of the energy. We also appreciate much your affairs, which you do for the Brotherhood without interest. The help, given by Heavens to our collaborators in their crisis periods of life, is determined by the extent of sacrifice that they were able to do serving us before. We appreciate much those, who are able to go out in their consciousness to the level of the realized collaboration with the Hierarchy.

We send you thoughts, wishes and you feel energy necessary for you to perform the Brotherhood affairs for the matter sphere. And such our collaborators, incarnated, become more and more. I am not able to come to express my gratitude to every of you for work that you do in the favor of the Brotherhood, but I can express my gratitude through the messenger. Take my low bow. I bend down sincerely before the God Light in you and those Divine qualities, which allow you not to lose the way, but to act in the behalf of the Brotherhood interests, being in the Earth in this difficult time for it.

Feel responsibility and preserve your eagerness. Really, distinctive features of our chelas are: loving to constant exertion and taking efforts without tireless.

You can define our chelas among you without mistakes. They don't whimper and complaint about life, they do continue day after day to perform their business for that they have incarnated. Any life troubles and tests fail to stop them. Because their Faith is so strong, that the connection with their Supreme Part doesn't allow them to lose the Pathway.

Our collaborators make nobody pay attention on themselves. They don't say to everybody that they have done and do much work. No, they prefer doing their business quietly and tirelessly, without calling interest of the opposition. Everybody knows his business and does it. Our collaborators are scatted about different countries and continentals. I would like to point to the special work of our collaborators in such countries as Russia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Germany, the Ukraine, Latvian, and Armenia.

We expect that people will appear in the USA, who will also wake up and restore their lost link with the Hierarchy. Every new dispensation and every new opportunity, given by Heavens, give new perspectives for the people and the countries using and joining them. Because don't be shy to keep in touch with the Russian messenger. There are not national and continental boundaries for our Study. We were teaching the mankind of the Earth even when the continents being now didn't exist yet at all. We will continue our work to teach and enlighten the mankind, because we believe, that the mankind of the Earth will pass all tests and prove properly those Divine qualities, which most people of the planet have in sleeping condition.

We hope to collaborate with everybody, in order to take cooperation with the Hierarchy, you can use my focus, my portrayal and address to me every day with your requests and problems, questions, wishes. The divisibility of my consciousness and given me by God opportunity let me be present in many places and give you directions and recommendations. I hear all of you, who addresses to me. The only thing what you should do is to learn hearing me. I come to you and speak from silence of your heart. Try to hear me. Move away from fuss, sit quietly in the front of my portrayal or imagine simply me, I persuade you; if your aspiration to hear me is strong, you will hear me in the depth of your heart without fail. Only it will be unusual human voice for you. But it will be the answer to all your questions. You will receive the answer and you will know that I have given it.

Train. You can fail to hear me in the first time. Develop your quality to socialize with the light world.

I am always with you in silence of your hearts, but I can not be with you, unless you prepare your temples for intercommunication with me, unless you become free from most characteristic human habits. I name some of them: alcohol, smoking, listening to rock music, negative conditions of your consciousness - offence, anger, depression, self-pity et cetera, - all these things prevent me from connecting with you in the light world, and prevent you from hearing me.

Don't despair, if you have many imperfections. If you have chosen the Pathway and follow it every day without tireless, soon you will give up everything that impedes you for that as the unnecessary and the burdening.

Only your continual Divine qualities will stay with you. In few years, literally, you glance back and see with astonishment what you are now and will be surprised at your changes.
