Use the help, which the Heavens give you, and don't disregard of this help

I AM Shiva, again come through my envoy. The situation is such, that I have come to give the next message, which will give you an opportunity to understand the situation and to make clear for yourself those reference points, with which you choose to be guided in your lives.

As soon as has been finished the pervious cycle of dictations, we have felt the great relief that we have succeeded in realizing the plan and giving the information, of which is needed the mankind, using the conductor, who is in incarnation.

However then we have collided with absolutely unpredictable resistance to our actions. And this resistance has passed through minds of many people, who are in incarnation, and many among them consider themselves lightbearers. Therefore I have come to once again assure of you, that we will continue to give our messages, what efforts it won't cost to us. And we will be doing it according to our plans and our terms, which come according to space opportunities and necessity.

Therefore I have come today to once again let you understand, that however the situation may develops on the Earth planet, we, Ascended Assemblies, will work with the mankind of the Earth and will continue to make our attempts on changing of consciousness of earthmen.

It would seem, that very not enough information contains in our messages, however each time we don't cease to be surprised, how there are the people, ready on first our call to respond to all our offers and remarks and to do those affairs, which are necessary now.

You know, that one of the first-rate affairs, which comes up before the mankind, is the change of consciousness. And therefore everything is good, that promotes change of consciousness of earthmen. Of course, we mean that change of consciousness, which we aspire to display in your octave, and not that change in consciousness, which you consider that should take place.

Therefore are good any ways of spread of knowledge, containing in the given dictations, and also are good any ways of report of the information up to people, including the private meetings, training classes, seminars, organization of schools on training of parents and children to bases of the law of karma and to bases of behavior, basing on the Divine law.

All that veritable, that is from the God, needs in your help to grow and widen.

Therefore when you are surprised to what not everything around of you looks not as one would like it to be, we speak: "So much the better! You have to what to make your efforts, your abilities and your talents!"

Look around of you and closely analyze, what of that you consider should be changed, can change you by yourself, basing on your opportunities and your abilities.

I once again would like to remind you that dictation, which I have given on November, 27th of the last year. As soon as you direct your ideas to the necessary party, imbue the images, occurring in your head, by the Divine energy, I will have the opportunity to help you and to imbue your images with my energy.

There is a Divine opportunity, which is given at the certain moment for the planet. And this opportunity is now given through our envoy. At times from you nothing is required, except the recognition of our envoy. And as soon as you recognize the envoy of Hierarchy, you automatically get on the steps of Hierarchy. And all Hierarchy has an opportunity to help you in your affairs and in realization of your plans.

I would like else to stop at one important moment. Our envoy is the person, who keeps our vibrations. Constantly through all vital situations carrying her devotion to the Hierarchy and realizing Her plans on the Earth. For you, who are in incarnation, our envoy is the incarnate master, the Guru. And it means that you must follow those instructions, which you receive from our Guru as if these instructions would be given you personally by me.

At that from you is required all your distinction to understand, in what degree you can trust in the external Guru, and in what degree you should be guided by those instructions, which you receive from your heart, from the Supreme part of yourselves.

The doctrine about the Guru demands an additional decoding. And I think that we can in those or another extent give this our doctrine for you. Because there are too much of those, who considers themselves the guru or poses themselves as the guru, but all of them or almost all don't bring on themselves the main attribute of the true Guru - ability to self-sacrifice and ability to put themselves entirely on the altar of service.

Therefore however your human consciousness impedes you to understand true significance of cloak of the Guru and the guru-brow of relations, nevertheless any obstacle, which is in you, can and must be swept away with the help of your sincere aspiration and your devotion to the Hierarchy.

Each time, when it is necessary for you to receive corroborations or refutations of the verity or falsity this or that person, giving himself out to be your Guru or our envoy, please, apply for the help to me.

Simply take in hands my focus or come up to my image in the form of a statue and sincerely ask me for the help.

As soon as I see your sincerity and tendency, I will certainly help you. And you receive that distinction, in which need at the given stage of your evolution.

Therefore use the help, which the Heavens give you, and don't disregard of this help.
