The Doctrine about unearthly civilizations

I AM Zaratushtra, again come to you through our messenger. I AM have come to give one more small Doctrine which, I hope, will be to you rather useful at the given stage of your evolutionary development.

As your civilization has now begun an ascending cycle and has risen on an ascending spiral, any doctrine which was already known during former times should be perceived by you in a new fashion. And what new doctrines would you receive through other sources and channels, I should give the small explanation connected with the point that in the Universe there is a set of various hierarchies which follow on their way. And many of these hierarchies are related to the hierarchy in structure of which there am I and which is represented on the Earth by our messenger. Other hierarchies are a little on other levels of development both have other structure and other problems to carry out.

Among these hierarchies there are we cooperate with, but there are also other hierarchies with which we do not conclude any agreements. They operate under their laws. Now it is difficult to you to make comprehension of this situation as everything that we spoke you till this moment, has been connected with what we spoke about the uniform Law existing in this Universe and about submission of lowest to highest. Now, you receive this information, and it differs a little from that one, you've received earlier. Nevertheless, I should notice, that, really, all in this Universe is subordinated to the Great Law existing in this Universe. However this Law operates selectively and differently refracted in different points of the Universe. It just as on the Earth, where are the different countries, and in spite of the fact that in each country laws of physics and mathematics operate, at the same time in each country there is a law on which the state is arranged and on which this state operates. And just as many states can exist in a condition of enmity with each other, there are also other states which are friendly adjusted under the attitude to each other, and whose development during many centuries occurs on the basis of friendship and cooperation. If we return to our Universe you should realize, that everything that exists in the Universe is much more diverse, than all that is on a planet the Earth. And when you in the consciousness are coming out beyond a separate planet you understand that there are other civilizations in the Universe which can be under construction on essentially other basis. And, in spite of the fact that in these civilizations operates the general Law existing in this Universe, nevertheless other principles of development and even the nature of the essences, occupying other systems of the worlds are inherent in them, can differ from yours considerably.

In development of any civilization there comes the moment when it enters interaction with other civilizations occupying the Universe. This process is similar to that stage when any tribe peacefully existed, and suddenly at the certain stage of the development it has found out, that not so far from it there is another tribe in which the other customs and laws operate.

Now, when you get in other country all is interesting to you: laws and customs of this country, a manner of behavior of people, their conceptions about the actuality surrounding you. When you meet other civilizations from other systems of the worlds precisely also there is a mutual interest. All occurs at the certain stage of development of any civilization.

The Purpose of my today's manual will give you understanding of that always during history of a planet the Earth development civilizations existing on the Earth collided with other more developed civilizations. And, in spite of the fact that in the Universe exists and is observed the law that any of civilizations cannot harm other civilization, always there were moments when this law was broken. However, there are higher essences which have an opportunity to interfere and adjust any arising disputable moments. Now, when the mankind as a whole leaves on a new level of the development, very much many civilizations from those systems of the worlds which have much more surpassed a civilization existing on a planet the Earth, but have a direction of development little bit distinct from terrestrial, will aspire to enter interaction with inhabitants of the Earth. Therefore you should be ready to any unexpectedness which can happen in your lives. However, also in this situation, as well as in any another, the law of an attraction on vibrations operates. If you are concerned by extraterrestrial civilizations, and they borrow too much place in your consciousness, with the big share of probability it is possible to tell, that you will meet representatives of these civilizations. However, if the questions connected with extraterrestrial civilizations, do not excite you, you can pass by any extraterrestrial object and not notice it at all.

It is not necessary to be afraid of anything. However it is necessary to remember always, that not all extraterrestrial civilizations show friendly feelings to inhabitants of the Earth. And if you doubt of any situation and do not know, how to react, do not forget that there are the Highest Forces which are called to help to you and to protect you in all similar situations. Not everything that exists in the Universe can be clear and is accessible to your external consciousness. However, it will be better, if you will be ready to any unforeseen situations and meetings. Therefore I today have considered as the duty to give you this small Doctrine about extraterrestrial civilizations.

As a rule, all religious systems of the past hostilely concerned to any similar intrusions of extraterrestrial civilizations and declared newcomers as demons and devils. In existing religious frameworks and restrictions it was impossible in any way to concern to these not always clear phenomena. And now many religious systems learn that all extraterrestrial intrusions represent intrusions of a devil and his henchmen.

Once again I repeat that at the certain stage of development of mankind similar contacts become inevitable. And as many extraterrestrial civilizations too differ from a civilization existing on a planet the Earth they can be perceived by your consciousness as hostile.

You leave in the consciousness on a new level of the development and consequently the question of the attitude to extraterrestrial civilizations cannot be bypassed by us in our manuals. You always should remember that the Uplifted Lords are the closest to you essences by the level of development and by the vibrations in this Universe. Besides, many particles of the Uplifted Lords are in an embodiment and, hence, many Uplifted Lords stay among you. You have particles of the Uplifted Lords in structure of your Highest I AM, that's why I recommend you until your consciousness is not prepared sufficiently, not to give too much attention to extraterrestrial civilizations and communications with them. When your consciousness will receive more information on these civilizations then also you can correctly estimate arising situations and to make correct decisions in complex situations. And now I shall give you one more advice. As soon as you collide with any situation which confuses you, IMMEDIATELY make an appeal to those Uplifted Lords whom you know. Call Jesus, Prophet Mohammed, Archangel Michael, and the Goddess of Freedom, Sanat Kumar, me or other Lords and ask their help and support in the situation which have arisen before you.

You can make your appeal aloud or inside yourselves, you can state also a core of your anxiety in written form and burn the letter with your request. Always know that on any your appeal will be taken all necessary measures. And in what situation you would get, never, under no circumstances do not test fear. Vibrations of fear will paralyze your will and your communication with the Highest part of you.

I have given you today traces of the Doctrine about the attitude to extraterrestrial civilizations, and I hope that these manuals can help you with your lives at the given stage.
