ONLY WHEN YOU GET THE LAW OUT OF THE DEPTH OF YOUR HEART, - YOU BECOME A PERFORMER OF THE LAW

I AM Kuthumi, coming to you again.

There passed several months from the moment of our previous meeting, and today I am ineffable glad to have our new meeting, as this meeting will take place in more favourable conditions, and I will be able to give you the Teaching, which it was impossible to give before. This is the Teaching about how you should perceive life and how you should perceive those changes (changing), which go in your life. Only some time ago this Teaching would be not urgent for you. But now more and more people become thoughtful about what surrounds them in life, and how they should treat it. This new view on life and surrounding conditions has become possible after the Teaching about rolling up of illusion, which was given through our messenger. Therefore subconsciously you`ve started to treat everything, that surrounds you in other way, and you have become thoughtful about how you form (make) circumstances around you, and what influence you exert on all that surrounds you in the physical world.

This is the new view on the world. And, as the more number of people will realize, that the world, surrounding you , represents itself the giant (gigantic) illusion, and the manifestation of this illusion is determined (is formed) wholly and entirely by the collective consciousness of mankind, - then you will treat more consciously (conscientious) your thoughts, your feelings and your actions. Because these are you, who create by yourselves everything that surrounds you, all circumstances of your life. And (the fact) that the changing (the change), taken place in your consciousness, doesn`t hurry to be manifested in the physical world, - is determined just by inertness of matter, her (its) impossibility to appear instantaneously in front of you in its new form (appearance). Also, as braking function is the fact, that consciousness of most mankind hasn`t awoken yet and can`t exert (do) such decisive action like consciousness of those people, who has become to realize the Divine Laws and try to follow them in their lives.

Therefore, it is in your interests and it is in the interests of all mankind - as wide as possible spread of these Teachings and this Knowledge that you receive through our messages. You can notice, that the information, being received by you, doesn`t differ much from that what is (constitutes) the basis (fundamentals) of most religions of the world. And there is a small difference, nevertheless, and this difference is connected with that we orient you towards the individual inner Way - the Way of cognition of the world through your heart. Because any outer knowledge comes to you from outside (of) you, and therefore, you are disposed to not to have trust (to have no trust) in this knowledge. And when you become able to get the information, coming from within you, - you perceive this information completely (in) other way, then. And even when it doesn`t contain anything new for you, - all coming knowledges are interpreted (are refracted) other way and find response in your consciousness. There are different stages of perception of information. And when you realize by your outer mind that you have already known this and heard this before, it doesn`t mean then, that you have felt deeply this information and this Teaching by your heart and have realized this in that extent, when you become one with this Knowledge and Teaching. And only when you become one with the Teaching, - you become a bearer of this Teaching. And you inseparably link your life with (that Law) and submit it to that Law, which you`ve perceived by all your being.

There are different stages of realizing of the Divine Law, and only when you get this Law out of the depth of your heart, you become a performer of the Law, and you are able to exert influence upon the life, surrounding you without words and without actions. You acquire the ability to (exert) influence by your presence on the circumstances (situations) around you. You just meditate, (you) are in the state of bliss (blessedness) and satisfaction, and life around you changes, like under influence of magic.

It is very high level of achievement, to which all you should be striving for. But for that you would be able to be in the state of a deep meditation, you have to worry about (take care of) that the conditions for such meditation would be created. Your cities and even less populated places are filled with such a big quantity of negative energy, that both it is difficult for you to contact with the Highest part of yourselves, and it is hard for us to knock at your consciousness (untill it hears), which constantly is under armour of negative energies. Therefore we again and again direct your attention to the conditions where you live. You should retire (withdraw) and make efforts to that you could have some time in places, where you are able to restore your energy. When you acquire the standard of the Divine state within yourselves, you will know what you should be striving for, and you will limit by yourselves the influence upon you of those negative energies, plenty (abundance) of which is in your world. For you wouldn`t lose your Way, we give you the possibility to compare your vibrations with the vibrations of the embodied representative of ours on the Earth. We drop a saving rope to you, and it depends on you only, whether take our help or not.

At all times there were in embodiment people, bearing the Divine vibrations of purity. And there are such people among you. And, if your eyes were opened and your ears heard, you would thank God every day for He sends His embodied messengers to you. But you go by them and even, not noticing (taking no notice).

Therefore it will be your first duty - to note the manifestation of Divinity in people around you and help such people, because they bear a load (burden, weight) of your karma.

It is very much spread in the East to honour saints, Yogis, who come into embodiment specially for to take karma of people upon themselves and transform (transmute) it. Also, there are many people, embodied in the West, who are not of this world, who take upon themselves and bear the load (burden) of your karma. Learn to be grateful to such people. They not always can adapt themselves in the conditions of your society, because your society for these people is like a society of mad (ones). But you hurry to announce your saints (to be) mad. Your world is overturned. And those, who are least of all worthy, have everything, and those, who bear the burden of mankind, drag out a miserable existence. It was always so for the period of modern history though.

Your world represents itself the overturned world. And when you will have learnt to recognize manifestation of Divinity in your world and separate in your consciousness from any nondivine manifestation, - you will be able really to influence the world around you and transform it.

But first of all you need to learn to recognize the Divine manifestation within yourself. Then you`ll be able to draw in vibrations (accordingly vibrations) the similar Divine manifestations from space. And the islets of Divinity will expand and multiply in your world. And we will be able to come to you, firstly, being in our denser bodies, and then - in less denser bodies. And it will come true the prophecy about that the Ascended Masters will walk among you, and you`ll be able to talk to us.

Therefore it depends on you only, that the prophecy would become the reality already in your time.

Create the islets of Divinity and move to them at least for a time.
