Yet only several months ago our uneasiness because of the matters' state on the Earth was so significant, that we couldn't miss possibility to warn you about this complex situation through our messenger. Now I arrived to use possibility and to report to you about the fact that the state on the Earth have been improved considerably and those changes, which occurred in the consciousness of a few people, are extending, truly, with cosmic velocity and reach very many people, which are located in the very different corners of the terrestrial globe. And it's strong rejoice for us that we've succeeded so rapidly in extending of our information both with the aid of our messenger and with the aid of the Internet and of those devoted and disinterested hearts, which endowed so much to make possible acquaintance with these dictations for as large as possible quantity of people. We also thank those, who translated our messages on many world languages. Truly, skies are happy by this state of affairs.

You know from the previous dictations what heavy energy situation was at the end of the past year. In sooth, it was worthwhile enormous efforts to hold balance and not to allow the sequential destructive catastrophe. Now we are balance the planet stable. However, yet there is no possibility for relax and victory celebration. Because the more significant our successes and our achievements, and the larger rates they occur, the greater opposition is caused from the side of those forces, which do not want changes and do not greet changes.

Therefore there is no possibility to relax. And it is necessary as before to apply all your efforts and capabilities in order not to decrease rates and velocity of our messages, our information and our energies dissemination. You can imagine snowball, which increases and increases its mass, builds up and builds up its volume. But this would occur if to apply constant efforts in order to push and to revolve this snowball.

Therefore, I ask you not to stop and to act in accordance with the impulse, which appears inside your hearts. Do not allow for the burnt spark to be extinguished. We are contented by the rates, by which our study is extended; however, we are not contented by the fact that as before too few concrete actions are undertaken by you on the physical plan.

You cannot fight with ungodly manifestations, but you can substitute these ungodly manifestations by the Godly models. You act even when you reject the watching of the ungodly broadcasts, films, do not assume participation in any negative manifestations, still inherent in your peace. Thus you do not create more karma and by your correct selections you work off the past karma, and also you show by your correct actions the example to the surrounding people, especially to the young people.

Do not worry about the fact that someone makes something wrong; show how it is necessary to act correctly. To judge is always easier. But when you judge, you create karma and multiply illusion, and then, when you direct your energy in accordance with godly leaders by principles, you create good karma and you displace illusion.

Therefore I arrived to you today, in order to remind you about the fact that each of you had taken to yourself the specific obligations before the embodiment. Favorable opportunity has come to carry out your destination. Do turn to yourself, enter inside your hearts and try to understand, what obligations your soul took to her before embodiment.

You must recall these obligations.

If you work in the sphere of the children and young people education, then, most likely, into your obligations is included to give to the growing up generation the knowledge on the accessible level about the Law, which exists in this Universe, and also about the moral Godly Law.

If you successfully make business, then, possibly, correct time has come for you to see about the earned money, and, instead of the infinite pursuit of the trinkets and the pleasures, to spend these money for creation of the children, young people and their parents' training centers, for the building of the settlements, based on the new principles and free from the influence of negative vibrations and factors inherent in your society.

Therefore it depends only from you to begin the creative Godly activity. No one will carry out your obligation for you. However, we, from our side, promise to render you entire necessary aid. Only ask about this aid and do not be troubled to accost to us in your letters and prayers.

Collaboration of skies and physical plan only begins, and very soon you will be convinced how fruitful there can be this collaboration.
