EDIFICATIONS how you should concern to everything that surrounds you in your dense world and in the thinner worlds

I AM El Moria the Khan who has again come to you through my messenger.

And, as before, I have come to talk to you and to give the edification, concerning to your life and concerning your place in a universe.

Similarly to children who come to this world, to percept it, you begin process of knowledge of the world, only the world which for the present is outside of your physical sense organs' perception.

But this world exists and represents the Highest Reality in which in due course you should be born and stay.

Before an embodiment when your soul was in the thin world, you received training and manuals of what expects you when you will pass in the dense, physical world. Now I come to give you the manual of what expects you when you will pass in the thin world.

Because, the more there will be your readiness for transition in the thin world, the less efforts it is required to your soul for adaptation in our world. We speak for everything, but everyone can not apprehend the information which is contained in dictations and especially to read through that information which is written between lines. Here is the difference between dictations coming from the Highest octaves and those messages, you receive from lower level of astral and mental plans. Multidimensionality and diversity of messages… The information is calculated so that to be clear to everyone, irrespective of his/her level of consciousness. However there is something that is hidden behind the general phrases and becomes clear only to the one who is able to see between lines and to hear a voice among still of wordlessness.

For everyone there is an information, however not all are capable to contain everything.

Let you do not confuse, that very many things escape your external consciousness. There will come a stage on your Way when you suddenly will start to realize what could not comprehend earlier. Knowledge will start to come to your head, and you will not understand whence you suddenly began to know it. You will endeavor to recollect a source of the information and will not recollect it. However once upon a time you'll recollect, that've read these dictations of the Ascended Lords and unconsciously received the information containing between lines.

You are connected to the certain information and power egregor through reading of these dictations, and you begin to be capable to come out spontaneously on various layers of the thin world and to receive the information directly from the Highest octaves. You receive training in a dream, and you receive training in the form of afterlight and understanding, spontaneously leaving on a high ether level.

Therefore not all so is simple, as it seems at first sight?

However I should warn your anxiety. No information or any connection to a source of the information will occur without your consent. You can read these messages, mistrusting to a source, doubting, and, by that, you put an insuperable power barrier between us and yourself.

And only in the case when your soul is pleased and exults when reading our messages, and you express by all your essence the readiness for the further training and for the further perception of the information, knowledge and energy, only in this case Heavens open before you the opportunities, and you get access to our libraries, our classes and databases.

It's just as you receive the access password to the certain information. And this password is given to you only in that case when you express the readiness to cooperate with us and to receive our information. However we also from our part estimate a level of your consciousness, and you get access to those energies and that information which you can acquire. We carefully watch that the doze of energy received by you in order not to exceed the threshold which can lead to causing of any harm to your health or your thin bodies.

Therefore process of penetration of the worlds and process of cooperation of the worlds is under the careful control. The person possessing mercenary motives cannot get access to the information which he can use in somebody's harm. And your vibrations always serve as criterion. You, each of you, bear inside a unique spectrum of vibrations. You are unique manifestation of the Divine Flame. And the degree of your achievements imposes on your Flame, on your vibrations the traces indelible with nothing. Therefore, we can always distinguish you on your flames, on your vibrations and, hence, on a level of your consciousness.

You should not worry that you do not receive any information directly from us. Transfer and reception of the information process from the thin plan is the process worked up by centuries. You receive so much, how many it is necessary, and when there will come a right moment for this purpose.

However, you should be in a condition of constant expectation. If you will not fasten yourself and will not show your readiness, energy cannot get into your aura, and you isolate yourselves from the information coming from the thin plan.

On the one hand, you should not show anxiety that you do not receive the information, on the other hand, you should show constant readiness for accepting the information during that moment when it should act to you.

The Combination of these two, apparently, incompatible qualities, becomes an absolute must.

You receive the information when are released from pure egoistic desires to possess something. The information is delivered to you in the degree in what you are capable to be released from a unreal part of you and, hence, to ennoble the vibrations up to that level when you are capable to reach those octaves in which this information becomes accessible for you.

There can not be a standard approach for all. Everyone has the unique manifestation of Divinity in the physical world. And the most important quality will be your ability to Love a plan of the Creator and to not cease to be surprised to all manifold of Divinity manifestation which exists around of you. You're not to become isolated on yourself and on the problems of yours; you're to observe of variety and a manifold of Divine manifestations, so as to possess the skill to see Divine miracles and to enjoy them. That is why it was spoken that until you do not become similar to small children, you cannot enter in Heavenly Kingdom.

I have given you today the manual how you should perceive your contacts with each other and with the Divine Reality and as you should concern to everything that surrounds you in your dense world and in the thinner worlds.

I hope that the manuals received by you will promote your development and will enrich you.

And there has now come time to remind you about of each month's 23rd dispensation which has been given by me in the previous dictations. Now I should declare that this dispensation becomes accessible and is in practice by very many groups and separate individuals. Therefore the decision to increase efficiency of given dispensation is accepted and not only by increased quantity of people which participate in given dispensations, but also by the level more for everyone who will not miss the any of the 23rds of this year, since April, 23rd, 2006.

I congratulate you because this new Divine favor became accessible owing to your achievements on the Way.
