I AM Shiva, having come again through my messenger.

Shiva I AM! I have arrived. And this means that I have a wish to deliver a Speech and to bring to you knowledge and information, which you need.

This means that we continue the work through our messenger and she satisfies the presented requirements by us to her at this stage.

Now, after I have come and have made this small introduction, I would like to move on directly to the aim of today’s visit of mine.

My aim is connected with the forthcoming event, which was declared on the physical plane but was not declared by us through a dictation.

I am talking of the seminar, which will take place in Moscow in March this year.

You know that this seminar takes place on the people’s initiative. On the initiative of the group of people who expressed their wish to serve as glasses on the physical plane in which we, the Masters, are able to pour our Light and our energy.

You know that when in the physical world a chalice, which we can fill in with Light, appears, we always do this.

However, your physical world is characterized with its unpredictability and duality. Therefore, it is difficult for us to make any predictions even for a few days ahead. And yet. I have arrived and am authorized to declare that this seminar will take place under my personal guidance and under my personal patronage, which I already provide. 

You will be surprised, that Shiva, the divinity, which is worshipped in the Hinduism, provides his/her/its patronage to a seminar, which will take place in Russia, a country in which the Hinduism is not a religion that is legalized.

However, I should give you the understanding that we cannot adjust to the concrete religious situation, existing in one or another country. When carrying out our activities, we above all guide ourselves by the interests of the Heavens. And in this case, I will come in Russia through my messenger Tatyana. And I will come with a particular aim, which I have to declare to you now.

My intention is to give a blessing to the chakra of the third eye of all participants in the seminar, who think that they need to pass through this blessing. What is this blessing and why do I intend to give it now in Russia through a Russian messenger?

The point is that the situation is such as it is. And you know that we are acting though a person who is ready. Therefore, as Russia is the country that has given shelter to our messenger, it is here that we are coming to give the blessing, which will provide an opportunity for accelerating of display of the gift of differentiation, the gift of the Divine vision.  

When you receive the manifestation of this gift in conjunction with your achievements you will not anymore wonder about like blind kittens from one preacher to another, from one church to another. You will achieve differentiation and will be able to see and make a distinction of the true from the false in every church, in every religious organization.

Because such is the requirement of time. We will be acting through everyone who is ready, who is capable of ascending in his/her consciousness at a new level. Through these ones who can reject all unnecessary and antiquated dogmas, characteristic of the old religions, and can recognize the wolves in sheep’s clothing through the many new religious preachers, that have sprung up like mushrooms after rain.    

The only Path, which we chose and which is possible at this stage, this is the path of the direct contact with not a few people who are ready.

Do understand, you are passing at a new level of your development. And the communication with the thin world becomes natural and more and more easily achievable for this level. There is nothing complex in the establishing of a contact with the thin world. However, the complexity is as always in your mind. And if you in your consciousness do not comprehend correctly the contact given to you, you give it an incorrect assessment in your consciousness, then instead of having a Divine achievement, you subject yourselves to the torment of the forces, that inhabit the thin plane and which have chosen not to subject to the Divine Law of this universe.   

Therefore, the gift of differentiation is necessary for you as never before. And together with this gift you will have to receive knowledge of how you should behave at this stage of the evolutionary development, what to aim at and what principles to follow.

We can list the defects of these or those religious teachers and religious movements for a long time. However, doing so we will learn above all how one should not act and behave. We chose another path. We are providing the right models and the correct direction. And as always your free will is to choose the path to follow.

      You are making a choice and you are deciding.

Our work is to offer you the right models and to show you the right direction.

Therefore, I am awaiting those of you who have decided to pass through my initiation. I am looking forward to those who wish to meet up with me at the seminar, which is under my patronage.

I am asking you for help. Even if you don’t have any opportunity to participate in this activity of the Masters due to some karmic circumstances but you would like with all your soul and with all your heart to help us in the fulfilling of our plans, make an appeal:

“Shiva! Come, destroy the whole opposition and eliminate all impediments which stay on the way of the successful realization of the seminar in Moscow on 24^th -26^th March 2006! ”

Repeat this appeal three times every day until the finishing of the seminar.

I will hear your appeals and will learn of all devoted hearts who have already grown up in their consciousness to a new level but due to karmic reasons cannot break out from the external circumstances that have enveloped them. And when I know about you, I will be able to give you help and to set you free from a part of your karmic burden.

I AM Shiva! I was with you on this day. And see you at the seminar!
