I have brought to you two messages: one - sad, and another - joyful

I AM El Moria which has again come through my messenger.

As well as last time, when we gave the previous cycle of dictations through this messenger, I have come to declare to you end of a dictations cycle.

It does not mean that we stop our work through this messenger or through any another, who has prepared his /her temple for being a clean vessel and that we could work through him/her.

Simply the certain stage is completed, the cycle is ended, and ahead are new cycles.

I hope that the dictations received by you this time, will be useful to your development and your advancement on the Way.

There was uncompleted and not executed one thing about which I should make you the announcement.

It concerns the new information about calendar date 23rd dispensations.

You remember that I've given you in the dictation from June 27, 2005 dispensation, concerning 23rd of each month and this dispensation operated up to the end of the last year.

Now the year cycle is finished, but I should declare to you, that dispensation continues its action for the period of one more year. I've managed to convince Karmic Board and to receive its assistance in prolongation of term of this dispensation because the energy which we received during action of these dispensations the last year is recognized satisfactory.

We are glad, that you, many of you, have taken advantage of the given opportunity. And I hope that this year to these dispensations will join new light bearers.

Do not forget that every 23rd of each month up to the end of this year you have an opportunity to transmute karma of the next month. And your efforts will be increased in so much time, how many light bearers will take part this day in the action, granted to you by Heavens.

I shall not repeat to you all conditions of this dispensation. I shall tell only, that all conditions stated by me in the previous message, devoted to action of this dispensation, continue to act.

It is the big favor which is rendered to you by Heavens. And I hope that this year will become a year of big achievements in spiritual sphere on the Earth.

All of us hope for it.

I shall tell fairly, that we don't want to finish the given cycle of dictations.

However the Law does not allow us to spend more energy, than is let off.

Therefore we hope, that the following opportunity not far off, and it still will come this year. There is all for today. I have brought to you two messages: one - sad, and another - joyful. The sad message is connected to the termination of a cycle of dictations, and the joyful message is connected to continuation of the 23rd dispensation action.

All should be counterbalanced, and all should be proportioned.
