I have come to warn you that this dictation can appear last

I AM Serapis Bey, come to you again this afternoon through our messenger.

I AM have come to inform up to your perception some information useful to you. As you can notice all our dictations are inspired by care of you. We try to knock until one of you heard up to your hearts and your reason. And as it is sad, we can not yet. Our appeals remind more likely a monologue, than dialogue. We try, that you have inspired with our troubles and problems, but you cannot or do not want to understand us.

I shall tell to you on a secret: at that session of Karmic board which is under way among other questions the problem is solved to continue or to suspend transfer of our messages through this messenger. We spend a lot of energy for transfer of our messages, and yet we do not feel that our power investments have conceived any positive action. To say otherwise, we have made the certain investment of means, and we would like to receive any gain of energy. Agree that it is unreasonable to spend efforts and means and not to receive from our investments any positive effect.

At present all those efforts which you put, trying to carry out our requests, do not exceed our power expenses. And today we give this dictation from lower power level. As we have exceeded that power limit, which has been let off to give this cycle of dictations.

Therefore I have come to warn you that this dictation can appear last. And from that cycle of dictations which we were going to give, we could not give the fifth part. Therefore, to regret, but I allow to you this information and regretfully I inform you that, probably, today or tomorrow the decision on the termination of given dispensation will be accepted. We cannot spend unreasonably precious Divine energy.

Think. Weigh all once again.

It is impossible to use favor of Heavens indefinitely.

The only thing that can continue given dispensation is your letters - requests to Karmic Board and your obligations which you can undertake.

Understand that all in this world should be counterbalanced. And we precisely also create karma when we infuse our energy in wineskin worn through.

I should notice that we do not have reclamations to Tatiana, as to our messenger. She has executed and continues to perform the part of work irreproachably.

However that effect for which we expected, starting this new cycle of dictations, is not received by us.

Too small amount of people follows our recommendations and is ready to be connected to performance of Divine opportunities given by us.

I cannot tell what today's decision of Karmic Board will be, but can be, that since tomorrow's day we shall be compelled to stop our dictations through the given messenger.

And the purpose of my today's arrival was to notify you on this opportunity that there was no unexpectedness for you a premature termination of our messages.

On this I say goodbye to you.
