I AM Sanat Kumar. I AM come to open a new cycle of dictations which we wish to give through our messenger.

You know, that this year we've already given dictations through our messenger. And it was the important condition that these dictations have been distributed widely enough among inhabitants of Russia and worldwide.

We are glad, that our condition has been fulfilled. Thousands people not only from Russia, but also from all over the world could familiarize with our dictations and receive the information from the Ascended Assemblies, so necessary to many at the given stage of evolutionary development.

We want to ascertain with satisfaction, that our efforts and our energy have not been spent vainly. You have fulfilled your part of work, and now we can continue conceived and give a little more information, concerning events of this year and the next year, for what you should prepare and about what to worry and what measures to undertake.

Therefore I come again, and I wish to declare, that as though difficultly was, we implement obligations taken on to mankind of the Earth and we render all necessary and feasible help which it requires at the given point of the evolutionary development.

Each time when we shall allow our manuals, we shall place particle of Divine energy in our messages. And you will drink again the nectar of Divine energy and will enjoy it. As well as last time, we shall ask our messenger to provide occurrence of these dictations this very day as they will be given, on a site. It will enable you to be present actually at reception of these dictations, in what place of globe you would be. It will be enough simple to you to switch on your computer and to come out into the Internet.

For those people who have no access to a computer, we shall enable to familiarize with these dictations later through the printed edition.

And now I would like to pass to the main thing for the sake of what we again came to you. It concerns a boundary of year and the beginning of a New Year cycle. We would like to adjust you on accomplishment of new tasks and on the new purposes which you should put and execute before yourselves the next year. Therefore be serious to that information which will be given to you now and in the subsequent dictations.

So, first of all, it is necessary to sum up the past 2005. We do it with the big pleasure as, despite of all peripetias and disasters of this year, nevertheless we could achieve the main thing - transition of consciousness of a plenty of people to new, higher level. It has taken place, it has come to pass! Therefore results of this year impress, and these results will not be slow to affect physical illusion surrounding you.

You can feel those fertile changes which you have deserved by your heavy work, your prayful vigils and your affairs which you carry out on the physical plan.

I should tell that you've come in your world to operate. You came, first of all, to carry out concrete actions on the physical plan. Therefore you should show, first of all, care and anxiety about environment that surrounds you. You must let alone what occurs outside your planet, in other worlds and spaces. Believe me; in Space there is enough Light Essences who perform the work up to the due mark. I suggest you to concentrate on needs of your planet. And, particularly, on needs of those people which surround you. Take under the control everything that you can take under the control. Aspire to that Divine samples of behavior have been shown in all that you surrounds. And it concerns not only cleanliness of your dwellings and your workplaces. It concerns cleanliness of your ideas and your behavior in all. You are those people which influence for the whole world. With your help we can change this world. It is not enough people in relation to total of people occupying the Earth, read these dictations. But you can not believe me, enough all-in several thousand people in each nationality, who will get access to these dictations and with the help of these dictations they will change both their consciousness and the situation in their countries and in all countries on a planet. Because it is important to have points of Light, a support through which we can carry out our actions. And I should tell you, that such support is received by us this year.

And fortunately it concerns not only Russia, but also many other countries of the world, especially Bulgaria, Ukraine and some other countries having an opportunity to read and understand the Russian text. Therefore the priority at the given stage, is translation of the given dictations into other languages of the world and, first of all, on the English language. As those hurricanes and those acts of nature which America has gone through this year, are direct consequence of America's inability to keep focus of Light, and we have been compelled to move it to Russia. Therefore as far as America can apprehend our information which we give through the Russian messenger, depends, whether America can keep itself as the civilized and advanced country already in the near future.

Therefore I ask everyone who reads these dictations and has an opportunity to translate them on the English language: your turn has come to serve the world. In your hands the destiny and a life of millions people which cannot receive our energy and our information and consequently their countries are exposed and will be exposed to those terrible acts of nature about which they before could not even imagine the consciousness. I also ask those inhabitants of America who are capable to overcome a bias and to apprehend the information given by us through our Russian messenger: "Reject aside all prejudices and dogmas of your consciousness. Trust in your hearts. Make all dependent from you that the information given by us would be extended in the English-speaking countries".

There has come a turn of concrete practical actions on the physical plan, and you should realize, that everything what you should do in the near future, is to carry out our plans for a physical octave. Do not search for anybody who will be somewhere at edge of the Earth and will supervise over you. All management, all support and all necessary energy you receive from within you. For this purpose we give you knowledge of the Internal Way. Ways on which went all devoted at all times. Ways on which you are obliged to go as there is no more time to wait and postpone realization of our plans for a planet the Earth. Start to do something concrete directly there where you are now. Let it will be a small thing, let it will be knowledge which is contained in these dictations and which you can give only to several people, living with you in one settlement, let it will be lectures which you will read at school, on manufacture. Use any opportunity to distribute our information, our energy and our vibrations in your world.

It's what you should do right now and it that will be your main service the next year.

Therefore do not lose time for magnificent preparation for forthcoming Christmas and New Year's holidays. The best service which you can render us will be shown in your affairs which you will carry out under our management proceeding from within of you.

Let you study to listen to the voice of silence proceeding from within of you and giving to you an opportunity anew to go through pleasure of father like love of Heavens which Heavens do not get tired to spill in your world.
