You are obliged to confirm a level of consciousness of the Christ every day

I AM Lanello, again come to you through our messenger. I AM come once again to remind you of that responsibility which comes to you simultaneously with energy and the information received by you. You could notice that this cycle of dictations differs from the previous cycle.

Really, we had the right to expect from you something greater after all that information and energy which you have received during the previous spring-and-summer cycle of dictations.

Something in consciousness of people we managed to change, but these changes so insignificant and are so small in comparison with those changes on which we had the right to expect.

Yes, a plenty of people which are taking place in an embodiment, have found a level of consciousness of the Christ, and we'd have the right to expect from them more active actions on the physical plan.

However inertness and dullness of a matter was not slow to affect their level of consciousness at once after we ended a dictations' cycle. Having lost constant additional charging which came to them together with energy of the dictations, many people which had already achieved consciousness of the Christ, again have allowed decrease in the level of consciousness. I can tell to you, beloved, how the person reaching and keeping a level of consciousness of the Christ differs from other people who yet have not achieved this level. The main and basic difference will be that this person cannot live more as before, he/she should act, and subordinates all life and all circumstances of the life to manifestation of concrete actions on the physical plan for realization of our plans.

You cannot achieve a level of the Christ consciousness and rest on laurels up to the end of an embodiment. No, you are obliged to confirm a level of consciousness of the Christ every day and day by day. It is everyday and strengthened work.

To our regret, we have seen that as soon as the cycle of dictations which we gave through our messenger, gradually many on whom we expected and to whom we assigned our hopes were lowered in their consciousness up to a former level. And it is very sad fact.

Any achievements in spiritual area which you have achieved, being in an embodiment, cannot be kept within several months if you will not support the level of consciousness everyday efforts.

There is no and can't be any rest in a physical octave - only everyday work and an everyday pressure.

I shall give you an example with the sportsman who has achieved an outstanding result and has received a rank of the world champion. But, if he will not train more every day, and instead of it will rest on laurels, very fast he cannot support his sporting form more. Others will come, those who will beat a world record achieved by him.

If you accept a rank of the champion which you have achieved, and now you wish to rest on laurels, we, Ascended Assemblies, do not wish to have anything common with you, and you can not expect for our support more.

Do understand that from you everyday efforts are required.

Many light-bearers are in an embodiment but how it's difficult to find among them those on whom it would be possible to rely to the full scale.

We see how hearts of many have lit up after they had read a cycle of the previous dictations given by us through our messenger. And it was hurting for us to observe how the flame which has burned in their hearts, gradually faded, began to smoke, blacken and, at last has died out at all.

You cannot imagine yourselves how it is bitter to us to watch your sad "achievements". It is similar to how you see around of yourselves many people; your cities are literally over flown with people. And, when you get out on the street, you feel full loneliness because even if these people speak with you in the same language, you are not capable to understand each other. And it occurs by virtue of that your levels of consciousness are so various.

And when you allow falling in your consciousness, the information which has delivered to you pleasure and inspired you, now is perceived by you as something uninteresting and not demanding your attention.

You are set up on searches of the new information and new sources of the information and forget about that silent pleasure in heart and that ecstasy with which you drank the curative balm of Divine energy contained in our dictations.

And as the level of your consciousness has fallen, you are not capable to distinguish true vibrations any more, and are compelled to consume substitutes with which shelves of your shops are filled.

Now you understand better our grief and why tone of our dictations has changed.

We expected for the greater. And now we are compelled to base only on those who have not lost a spark of Divinity inside themselves, who was capable to keep burning that flame which has flared up in their hearts after our dictations.

Well, you everyone have the right to make the choice. We can regret only for the choice made by you, but we can not help you anything.

The condition of your consciousness can be maintained up to the mark only by your everyday efforts. You should every day tirelessly force to work not only your carnal muscles, but also your spiritual muscles. Otherwise they will simply atrophy.

And, if you did not test blessed delight from contemplation of the nature, from a smile of the child if you have lived day without love, day is lived by you completely vainly.

You should every minute of your stay on the Earth remember your true House, whence there came your souls in an embodiment, and you should be guided constantly in all your daily elections by advices of the Supreme Part of you.

How you can define that you stay in the God?

It is very simple, beloved. You simply observe the condition in which you are. And, if you are subject to any negative feeling, whether it is condemnation, anxiety, depression, irritability you are not in the Divine condition of consciousness.

Only when you experience silent pleasure not comparable with anything and pacification, you are in the God, in the Divine condition of consciousness.

Therefore study to observe of yourself. Also study to distinguish your inwardnesses.

Because in what condition of consciousness you are, leaves traces on everything that you make. And, if you are angry, you act as literally generator of irritation. You are infectious, and you infect all around of yourselves with your irritation even if at this time you simply sit at home. For your ideas and feelings there are no borders. And any your negative idea and feeling is instantly distributed by you to all globe.

And the miracles of heroism shown by handful of our devoted attendants are required to compensate and neutralize consequences of your ideas and feelings.

You need to keep up only the inwardness and constantly to keep harmony and rest inside yourself.

For each of you there are recipes how you are to support your harmonious condition. There no and can not be a common recipe. And we cannot force to pray or meditate all of you. But any measures which help enter you a harmonious condition, you should use.

As a rule, to the majority of people it's simply enough to remain in loneliness on the nature that internal harmony and rest would come. But, maybe, dialogue with children or animals or occupation by any business loved by you is necessary for you.

Study to supervise constantly the inwardness and to undertake measures for suppression of any imperfect condition inside you.

You can ask the Ascended Assemblies about help, but at times and you forget to undertake this simple action.

I am ready to everyone who will address to me in this dark season, to render the personal help and support. Here is my hand. Take it and hold strong during any heavy situations in which you've got in your life.

It is necessary for us, that it is as much as possible people taking place in an embodiment could hold balance on a planet right now. And, if you are not capable to hold balance on a planet then hold balance inside itself. And already it you render invaluable help to the Ascended Assemblies.
