I AM El Moria the Khan who has come to you through my messenger.

I AM come to draw to your attention the important offer which I am authorized to make this afternoon.

As well as during the previous cycle of dictations, and now, I am in a resolute mood. And if someone doubts of my resoluteness and gravity of my intentions it is better to you not to read our messages. As you in the consciousness create an insuperable barrier and block a stream not only to Divine True, but also to Divine energy.

Your consciousness belongs to your dual world and consequently in your world happens equally what you allow in your consciousness. Therefore despite complex situation on a planet, we never up to the end shall tell to you beforehand what probability of accident you'd stand. Because it is enough to engender you an idea on this future accident as this idea will be increased in your consciousness and instead of extinguishing the arisen fire, you will lay and lay in it the new sets of fire wood.

Therefore we never shall tell to you completely the information which we possess. But to warn you and to ask to make all what is dependent from you, to harmonize a situation on a planet we shall not tire to do.

You have noticed that there were no more messages from the moment of the beginning by us of a new cycle of dictations through our messenger which would be joyful and optimistic. And it is not because any changes which allegedly happened with our messenger, and she is intimidated by threatening cataclysms. With our messenger everything is all right. And I can assure you, that our messages are transferred with a sufficient degree of reliability. No, all the matter is that a situation actually extreme. And as though we tried, we for a while cannot inspire you on acceptance on yourselves of those obligations about which we ask. The law of free will which operates in your physical octave does not allow us to interfere and force you. Therefore we only can ask you and, as a last resort, to demand, but to force you to operate, probably can only that threatening circumstance about which we speak.

Well, you, maybe, prefer to operate according to Russian proverb: " While the thunder will not burst, the muzhik (countryman) will not cross ".

Alas, there are not enough people which seriously perceive our information and which are ready to offer much to implement our requests.

Yet it is not possible to expand a circle of people capable to concrete actions. However ponder over that circumstance, that as though widely and in time we make our warnings, you are not capable to respond.

And all matter isn't in your laziness and carelessness at all. All the reason is that you so are entangled by nets of illusion that cannot distinguish nor what source contains True, nor those vibrations which are characteristic for a true source.

Therefore all your practice and all your actions should be directed on learning to make this distinction. Actually your stay in illusion is to be finished only when you learn to make distinction between those events which belong to the plan of illusion and those events which belong to the real Divine world. And your task is to find clear vision and to learn to assess each event and the fact with which you face in a life.

It seems to you, that your life smoothly flows, and at times you even can not guess, that in this silence and smooth current the latent reefs which are capable to turn peace current of your life in a flash are observed. Therefore do not give in to lulling calmness. You receive your lessons constantly. And sometimes enough very small stone which lies on rails that the huge train of your life was derailed on high speed and has turned over. However, you by your daily choices prepare yourselves for the future.

When the critical weight of your wrong choices overflows the let off karmic limit, you collide with those circumstances in your lives which it is literally crush everything to what you have got used, and you with surprise exclaim: " My God, what such I have made? For what all this has dropped out on my share? "

A familiar picture isn't it? And 90 percent of people by their next step start damning the God and Lords for what have taken place in their lives. They blame all associates and all white light instead of accepting the occurred with humility as punishment, or karmic punishment which overflew edges of the let off limit and has spilled as an awful penalty.

So, on the one hand, during all history of mankind existence, it was edified and warned. On the other hand, only when there was something awful to them, people were capable let even of very short time to reflect on that, for what it on them has fallen.

And how much we would speak and give the most optimum advice how to avoid expected you are not capable to believe: what is spoken to you - is true. And the reason of your disobedience and short-sightedness is lack of true Belief.

Therefore I am, the Lord which represents aspect of the God's Will, address to you in this afternoon. And I can help each of you who will address to me with the request to strengthen Belief.

The belief is that medicine which is necessary for you. And I now lead speech not about the blind belief based on ignorance and intimidation. I lead now speech about the belief based on exact knowledge of the Law existing in this universe.

And it is the Law of a relationship of cause and effect or Karma Law or requitals. And this Law operates irrespective of your will or your desire. It is what real. And it is that, about what your aspiration to assert free will not considering with any circumstances stumbles and if on a way of abusing your free will did not stand this natural barrier stipulated by the Creator, under doubt would be the question of Universe existence itself and not just your planet.

Therefore the first that you should accept inside yourselves - is this leadership of the Law existing in this universe and in your lives.

You can address to me with the request for strengthening of your Belief and it's what I with pleasure shall give to you as the most important and urgent medicine which you require.
