Dear Friends, We remind you that the 23rd is approaching – the day of the dispensation for transmutation of karma of the next month. The Karmic Board which held a session during two weeks from June 23, 2005 took a decision about the new dispensation. As from July 23, 2005 and on the 23rd of each month you acquire an unprecedented opportunity to transmute personal and planetary karma. On the 23rd of every month you are provided with a chance to work off the karma of the next month through saying prayers, decrees, Rosaries or mantras. Your efforts for the transmutation of karma will be multiplied proportionately to the number of people who participate in this prayer vigil for at least one hour. For example, if 1000 people all over the world participate in this service, your efforts will be multiplied a thousandfold. If 10000 people participate in it, your efforts will be multiplied by 10000 times. If your life circumstances allow you, you may devote to this service more than one hour; as much as it’s not burdensome for you. The prayers and decrees which are habitual for you can be used in the vigil. The most important is the tune of your consciousness. You should aspire with your whole being to unite you personal efforts with the efforts of the thousands of lightbearers in the whole world. The decision was taken at the session of the Karmic Board on December 25, 2006 about providing an opportunity for every inhabitant of the Earth, who has achieved a certain level of consciousness, to spend some part of energy they release saying prayers or serving Life on the rest of the humankind to reach as soon as possible the level of consciousness necessary at the present stage of the evolutionary development. From January 23, 2007 one more important point was added to the operating regulations. Each of you, who wishes, can direct your energy to the transmutation of karma of those who have slowed down their development and are not able to comprehend many Divine Truths. This may concern people close to you, your relatives or even unfamiliar people who at the same time you feel a special closeness with. You can make a call on the 23rd of every month and transmute the karma which impedes the person you have chosen to reach the next level of consciousness. So far this dispensation can be only applied by every of you to one person (to your husband or wife, your child or one of your parents or to a person you choose whom you wish to help).
