In order to be able to give a rating or write a review you need to:
a) be registered on Amazon
b) have at least 1 completed purchase (you can buy anything, it doesn't have to be this specific book)

Once you've decided to buy something click on

You will need to enter your postal and billing

After that please come back to
the review page, click "Create your own review" and sign in with
