(a fragment of a talk)

The next stage of social development is a fundamentally different approach to management and relationships between people. Now it is necessary to develop an entirely and fundamentally different type of relations between people. And it has to be raised somewhere, that new type of relationships between people. It has to appear somewhere, and then it’ll be copied everywhere. It is like the “effect of the 100^th monkey”. That means that some people learn something and the whole humanity gently comes to another level of relations. That is why we have to move from management based on one person, who takes upon all the responsibility and controls everything, not to collective irresponsibility, but to the management based on collective actions when people consult each other, help each other, support each other, you see… They don’t point out the mistakes (“you were wrong here, here and here”), but “yes, you were wrong here but that can be improved, you know, that can be improved that way, I know, let’s do it together…” So it is a completely different type of relationship. I have taken karmic responsibility to implement some task. And I’m not aware completely, what is that task I have to implement, because El Morya said, when the 1^st cycle of the dictations was over, that “…getting messages is not your mission, your mission is significantly wider”. And when the 7^th cycle of the dictations was over, El Morya said: “We are moving to the next stage.” When I started asking my Teacher Sanat Kumara what was that stage, Sanat Kumara said: “It is the stage of the community formation. Don’t rush, that stage will take all your life.” That is why those principles (according to which the relationships between people should be developed in the future) should be raised and built like houses, at the same time; we do not build houses, we develop the new type of relationship between people. A house is like a side effect. Dictations are a side effect of Light release. And similarly, a house is a side effect of the building of the new consciousness. That means that it is not the main thing, we do not build houses. We construct the new type of human relations.
