The report from the construction site of the Training Center

A regular meeting dedicated to the construction of the Training Centre took place on the 21^st of April.

That is how the site of the future construction looks now.

Several building caravans have been delivered to the site by now. There are four caravans, three of them are for the builders’ accommodation and one is for monitoring the construction.

The power line has been pulled to the site and is functioning now.

There were 22 forms from people who would like to take part in the construction. 12 of them were from men and 10 – from women. There were no professional builders among those people. And only 2 people had certain experience in the sphere of building. That is why we made a decision to apply to professional builders. And in several days we are expecting the crew of bricklayers from Kalmykia.

Nevertheless, all the applications will be analyzed, and we’ll get in touch with the people who may be needed in the construction and let them know about the possibility to arrive. Women mostly offer their help at the final stage of the construction, so we’ll contact them as soon as we reach the finishing part of the work.

The expenses are the following:

1. Delivery of the building caravans from Moscow to the site - 321 thousand rubles.

2. Bedclothes for the builders and volunteers - 38 thousand rubles.

3. Power supply work - 180 thousand rubles.

Total: 539 thousand rubles.

308 700 rubles were transferred to my accounts after the announcement of the construction.

95700 rubles were transferred to the Bank of Moscow, and 213000 rubles to Sberbank.

As you can see the expenses overweigh the incomings, but we can pay later for the part of the delivery work when the money arrives.

The purchase of the ferroconcrete items, brick, cement, sand and road metal is on the agenda.

We need about 1 million rubles for zero circle and to begin the construction of the ground/first floor.

God gives us money through people. I believe that there will be enough money to accomplish the plans of the Masters.
