The report from the construction site of the Training Centre for August

In this release we would like to inform our readers about the construction of the Training Centre in August.

The crew of plasterers from North Korea have finished the rough finishing of the inner walls. The roof works are going to be over soon.

The most important stage of the construction comes. Now on the threshold of cold weather season, it is necessary to finish the thermal profile of the building, install front doors, admit water supply, heating and sewerage as well as complete the work on the lead of power supply to the building and power wiring inside it, then conduct electricity testing and let it to the Energy Supervision. The front and back porches need to be finished before the cold season comes.

We cannot meet winter and complete the finishing work inside the building without that. We try to economize as much as possible and use the volunteer’s help, although they have to work 12 hours a day without holidays.

Now there are 9 volunteers from Moscow, Minsk, Riga, Volgograd, Volgodonsk, Kaliningrad and several people from Omsk who render regular assistance and support they can offer. Thanks to the heroic and selfless work of the volunteers we can keep the rate of speed of the construction.

However we cannot manage without professionals. So there are 3 crews from Omsk who are working now, they are roofers, sanitary technicians and electricians.

2040 thousand rubles were received in August.

$2984 and €5171 came from abroad which is about 260 thousand rubles according to exchange rates.

There were the following expenses:

1. 1 345 thousand rubles for Materials which included timber, finishing materials (stucco, tile), ventiducts, heat pipes, 3 heat boilers, sanitaryware, haydite, consumables for mechanisms and tools, other materials.

2. 136 thousand rubles for Work and services which included crane and other engineering work, consulting service of the architect, laundry, welder’s work, excavation, transportation, etc.

3. 320 thousand rubles for Wages of plasterers from North Korea, roofers, sanitary technicians, also payments for well work and meals.

4. 610 rubles – personal things.

Total: 1802 thousand rubles
