The report from the construction site of the Training Center for July

 

In this release we would like to inform our readers about the progress of the construction of the Training Centre in July.

 

The weather was favorable, and the construction work went on at full speed.  The bricklayers from Kalmykia finished the block work of the building and left for their homeland.

 

The fire-escape was made at the end of the building.

 

 

The plasterers from North Korea started the rough trimming of the walls. The ground floor has already been trimmed, and the work is now carried on on the first and on the second floors of the building.

 

 

The crew of roofers from Omsk began the erection of roof timbers.

 

 

 

All the windows of the building have been installed and sealing off of the window junctures is in progress.

The work on electrification is going on. The heat, water-supply and the sewerage system are waiting for their turn. The first well arrangement has already been started.

 

 

 

There are six volunteers who are working selflessly on the construction at the moment. Unfortunately, there are no professional builders among them. There is a strong lack of professionals. So, many building solutions have to be found intuitively. We hope for the Masters’ help!

2156 thousand rubles were received in July, including $3600 and € 7213 which is about 348 thousand rubles according to the rate of exchange.

 

There were the following expenses:

1. Materials - 1 351 thousand rubles, including timber and tile for the roof, cement and stucco for wall trimming, materials for the electrification, well rings, radiators for heating and other materials.

2. Work and services – 172 thousand rubles, including crane work, consulting service of the architect, laundry, project work, transportation, etc.

3. Wages – 647 thousand rubles, including wages of the crews of plasterers and bricklayers, meals of the building crews and volunteers.

 

Total: 2170 thousand rubles.
